Leibniz-Zentrum für Archäologie
The Leibniz Centre for Archaeology (LEIZA) is a German, globally active research institute for archaeology, which is funded by the federal and state governments and is part of the Leibniz Association of German Research Institutions. On 1 January 2023, it was renamed from the long-established Romano-Germanic Central Museum (RGZM) in Mainz, which was founded in 1852.
